|Recommended: YesLove This Complex — I have been in this complex for over five years and love it. The staff is always available for questions and although I have very few maintenance requests they have all been addressed promptly. The location is fantastic being close to the freeway and very close to the Loveland Bike Trail.
|Recommended: YesGreat Community, Great Place To Live — It's very homey here. Apartments are spacious, updated, and clean. Water's Bend feels like a community you won't want to leave. Everyone is so nice and it is by far the best apartment I have lived in.

|Recommended: YesNice, Clean, Well Kept — I've been living here for 4 years now. I love this community because the environment here is beautiful, well kept and peaceful, as well as greenery view. What I really like is the cleanness of the property and the apartment buildings plus Spacious bathtubs , up to date appliances . The management and maintenance folks are great - very helpful. No complaints whatsoever. always greets my family with a smile and is very helpful to our needs, I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others
|Recommended: YesBest Apartment Complex — Great maintenance team, always responded within the same day or would call you if they couldn't make it out that day. Huge apartments to chose from, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The work out room and pool club house was always kept up with. I've lived here for the past two years and it's been the best place. They have plenty of room to walk around, they have a nature walk and a dog park. Living here has been very enjoyable.

We have been here for a year and have enjoyed living here. Everyone who works here is very nice and the maintenance staff is always here when we need them. Which has only been twice in a year We do recommend Water's Bend Apartments.
|Recommended: YesAwesome Community And Staff — My family and I have lived here for 5 years now. We've seen the community grow and change for the better. The area around the complex is great and still growing with convenient shopping at Target and Kroger right near by. My only complaint is that the pet owners not all but some are lazy and do not pick up after their pets other than that this place is great. We have one small child, myself and my husband. THe neighbors are sometimes a little noisy but nothing outlandish and a very friendly staff and community.. The maintenance crew is great and very polite professional.

|Recommended: YesGreat Quality, Helpful Staff, Great Views, And Fairly Priced. — The office staff are helpful, professional, and responsive, and the maintenance are very courteous and speedy. The apartment is very high quality, with good insulation and amenities. The large bathtub and granite countertops are a big plus, with deep sinks and spacious layouts. The pricing is extremely fair for what you get, but parking can be a little tight on weekends nights when everyone's home. Noise from neighbors is mostly a non-issue, except for one instance on the night of moving in. It's been very quiet so far. There are plenty of dogs around so being a dog-lover is a plus. Overall, if you're looking for a quality apartment in the South Lebanon area, you can't go wrong with Water's Bend.
|Recommended: YesVery Nice — I like the convenience to area shopping and that it sits back from the road so not much traffic noise. They were great about accommodating what I was looking for in an apartment and were able to offer the kind that I had requested.
