|Recommended: YesComfortable Living Space — I lived in a large 2 bedroom apartment Hickory Floor Plan at Water's Bend from June 2014 to June 2017. I then moved to an apartment complex in the Clifton area of Cincinnati, but did not like living in Clifton, so I moved back to Water's Bend 3 months later in September 2017. I have enjoyed living in a similar 2 bedroom apartment also Hickory Floor Plan since returning to Water's Bend in September 2017 and have extended my lease through September 2020. The management and maintenance staffs are excellent and very helpful.
|Recommended: YesAmazing Apartment Community — I have lived at Water's Bend for a little more than 3 months now, and it is the first apartment I have lived in. We chose Water's Bend after researching and visiting many apartments in the area. The staff was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process. It is a very nice gated community and is always very clean. When we first moved in, in September, we opted to pay for a ceiling fan to be put in the bedroom since this unit didn't have one. It took almost 3 weeks for them to finally put the fan in, which was because of the maintenance team being extremely busy because of the weather change, but because of the delay, they did not make us pay for the fan. A little after a month of living there, there was one night where some cars, including mine, were broken into. At the time my car was not able to lock But, the staff was very helpful, as well as the Warren County Sheriff's Office, who also assured me that they never have any oribkens kuje that at the apartments. We don't have many problems hearing our neighbors, except when the dogs upstairs are playing. The community is very clean besides dog owners in our building not picking up their pet's droppings. The apartment normally stays at a pretty good temperature, except the closets tend to get pretty cold. When the light in the fridge went out, the maintenance staff fixed it the next day with no problems. Although this is the first apartment we have lived in, it is very nice. Whenever I have friends or family over, they all comment on how nice and clean the community is. The only downfall, which doesn't really bother me much, is that even though this is a gated community, the front gates seem to be stuck open a lot more often than not.
|Recommended: YesI Love Living At Water's Bend — Water's Bend is a very friendly community. I love how close I am to everything yet how quiet and quant the area is.
|Recommended: YesLovely And Comfortable Place To Live — We've been living here for six months so far and we've had very few problems. We don't hear our neighbors through the walls, the office staff is incredibly friendly and the maintenance staff is very responsive. The building itself is very well insulated and no problems with bugs. The community within the apartments is pretty nice too--a lot of people have dogs but for the most part everyone cleans up after their pet. It's been a pleasant experience and I wouldn't mind signing on for another year.
The only complaint I have is that the trash recycling very quickly overflows or people leave pieces of furniture lying beside the trash compactor which can be unsightly.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — Quiet and clean property. Great location.
|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments — I'd definitely recommend living here. These apartments feel super safe and cozy. My only con is they are not as well insulated as I would like them to be, but it might just be our unit.
Besides that, they are fantastic
