submitted by Suzanne E. - |Recommended: YesCharming Neighborhood — I am currently a resident at Water's Bend my first impressions were positive, the staff is pleasant, the grounds are well maintained, the blooming rose bushes in November are lovely, my apartment was larger than I expected and the interior looks modern, fresh and clean, very roomy with ample closet space.

Since the first week I was here, they made me feel right at home and that I was appreciated. Any questions or concerns I've had, have been addressed quickly and to my satisfaction. Most places pretty much all have the same amenities, but what sets Water's Bend apart is the friendliness, and caring of the Property Staff and maintenance people. Because of what I do for a living, I've lived in 4 different apartment communities over the past 10-years, and Water's Bend has been the best, by far.
