|Recommended: YesClean, Friendly, Worthy Of Being Called Home — So far I have loved my experience living here. The staff is very friendly, the grounds is overall pretty clean, and the apartments are to my liking. There are a few issues with the property such as the gates always breaking down and having to drive through the entire neighborhood to reach the apartments on the hill. With this in mind I am still very happy with my experience living here

|Recommended: YesIts Safe, Clean, And Has Homey Feel To It — It is very good to live here. We live on the top floor so high ceilings are really nice. The staff is very responsive including the maintenance staff. A really nice community.
|Recommended: YesIt's The Best Place I've Ever Lived. — The staff is awesome and they are very prompt in getting back with you if you call, they take pride in well maintained grounds and if you have a problem they are quick to fix it.

Minor maintenance issues were submitted and handled the very same day. It's been a pleasure working with their management and maintenance teams. I am looking forward to a long term relationship.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — Well maintained, quiet place to live if you can be tolerant of the infrequent loud car or backup warning of large vehicle. I personally don't mind it. Can sit on my balcony and enjoy the day. Very professional staff in the office, always willing to help. Apartment was spotless when I moved in. Urgent maintenance was handled quickly and efficiently. Apartment is nicely laid out. Efficient kitchen.
