|Recommended: YesWatersbend Apartments — I just moved in but so far, things have exceeded my expectations. I only rated maintenance 3 stars because I have not used them yet. The complex is very attractive and clean. Parking is ample. Amenities are great. I leased the smallest apartment and it's just the right size. There's enough room for all my stuff and even an area for my desk since I work from home. I do wish there was more storage space in the bathroom or a closet for towels and such but the large tub is wonderful. Windows are large and let in a lot of light. A C works great and keeps the place cool. Nicely painted. My biggest plus is that it's quiet. So quiet. I moved in on a Saturday and that night, I heard nothing. No loud music, no parties, no banging doors, just quiet. It was wonderful.

|Recommended: YesGolden Standard For Apartments Today — Not the cheapest apartments available, but at the price you can’t find better. All the latest essentials are there in my apartment recently finished kitchen, complementing bathroom, and for those it matters to, really solid internet. The staff and maintenance crew are there when you need, and respond quickly.
I couldn’t ask for much more in the community and surrounding areas. We have a pool, fitness center, outdoor basketball court and a dog park on our property. There’s a plaza that’s a 2 minute drive away, with a spread of stores that’ll keep you covered in a pinch anytime, and Kroger is about 10 minutes away.
There’s real value here for those looking for apartments. The only downside is Rumpke can’t seem to pickup the trash on a regular enough schedule, but that’s not really on Water’s Bend. Hard to say when I’ve only been here 6 months. Overall I’ve had a very positive experience.
|Recommended: YesDog Owner — I often come across piles as I walk my dog. If I feel up to it I will pick up one or two after picking up my dogs waste. It was nice to see the grounds staff walking the grass areas and scooping up waste as well. Nothing worse than stepping in doggie dodo.

|Recommended: YesEveryone Is Doing Great — My husband and I haven’t lived here long but with the small problem that we did have it was resolved almost immediately the maintenance staff was very quick and efficient and exactly what they need to do they were wonderful and it is a very quiet place to live in so far the neighbors are super nice

|Recommended: YesGreat Place That Makes You Feel Like You Are At Home. — Water's Bend has been an awesome place for me during my two-year stay. A very nice place, great amenities, and definitely falls under the luxurious side of apartments. The rooms are well spaced, with big closets and functioning utilities. The way the apartments are designed gives you a sense of privacy and feels like you have your own home. The availability of a washer and a dryer in your apartment is one of the great perks of living at Water's Bend. During my stay, I had two maintenance requests and these were attended to on time. They replaced an old faucet with a better one, so any work orders mean your amenities will in essence be upgraded. I did not use many of the public amenities a lot but there is a pool, grilling space, and a pool table the pool table is only available during office hours . However, I used the basketball court, and the new and upgraded court is wonderful. The office staff keeps good communication with the residents and you are aware of what is happening on the premises most of the time. Water's Bend keeps its trash services well and even though there is one dumpster, it is very well managed, you will not have any problems.
|Recommended: YesHome — Water’s Bend has been nothing but amazing. It truly felt like home from the moment we picked up our keys. I cannot recommend this complex enough to others, and I cannot wait to see what the future holds for Water’s Bend and the community.
